I'll be getting Byakko's Haidate at some point, but I'm waiting a while because it'll be my SECOND pair of Byakko's Haidate.

We both attend this little thing called College nad it was leaving us with 0 time that semester, so we called it quits on FFXI for about 6 months. Now we're back and we've gotten a bunch of old BoK members and a bunch of new members and we're doing quite well, thank you very much. We're doing Dynamis 1-2 times/week. We've killed all 4 initial gods (without any kiting), though we did have a little trouble on Seiryu last week when a new member didn't listen to orders and kept meleeing when we shadowbinded Seiryu during HF. ~_~ He was dealt with, though.

I've blown 4 chars worth of BS on UO, along with all of my BF's BS on UO, and no drop. We're somewhere like 0/20.

I've also blown all of my MNK char's KS, all of my BF's KS, and all of the KS of half my LS on KSNMing for Destroyers and not ONE DAMN DROP! >_<

That shitty luck with drop rates is part of why I've decided to put my mnk into a semi-retirement while I focus on my WAR (now that I can do /sam and gaxe on WAR, it's enjoyable again).

Just to clarify, here's the gear I do have for MNK (except for those 3 improvements, all of the gear upgrades it needs now are from end-game events that I've yet to use her for and will not be using her for for quite some time, but I won't be using her for much of anything, so that's moot): Wagh Baghnakhs/Cross-Counters, Tiphia Sting, Optical Hat (was gonna save IS for Turban, but decided to focus on my war's Perdu Voulge instead), Spectacles, Merman's Earring x2, Scorpion Harness, Bandomusha Kote, Sniper's x2, Amemet Mantle +1, Brown Belt, Life Belt, Melee Hose, Dune Boots.

But yeah, for me, at this time, WAR > MNK in priority.
