Yep, I was wrong about there being a patch, I'll happily admit that, but I'll also be the first to agree with Sev that again, if you weren't being retarded about KB or the initial pull on Aspid, or let's say Vrtra / Kirin, you weren't experiencing this problem, ever.

Back in those days, most NA doing HNMs, were part of JP LS's. I know I was. I remember many days, sitting there, watching KB going yellow quite often as it was kited around. Was the source of much drama, watching it get stolen back and forth. 2 hour Kirins, 1+ hour Nidhoggs, etc.

We are talking about SE? Square-Enix? Because they've always 100% fixed problems with patches, and have never known same or similiar issues to crop up after the supposed fix.

Anyway, it's been fun. I'll repeat once more, that all I did was offer a couple possible explanations for what might have happened. I can fully admit that neither case may have happened. But I like to keep my mind open to the possibilities. As a scientist, I tend to keep theories in mind, until they've been disproven. Open mind, and all that.

But, since I don't do Kings anymore, I don't care much about yellow issues, stealing, etc. The drama is still amusing, however.

Claiming NM's that go yellow is just a way of punishing stupid people for letting it go yellow. HNM's don't just go yellow at random times during a fight.

I love this line of reasoning. Because there is always someone smarter than you. In fact, there are usually bunch of people smarter than you. You've just given them carte blanche to punish you when they feel like it.

Society has generally decided this is a bad thing. I'll leave the "why" as a reason for you to get some mental exercise.

There are reasons why the NMs go yellow, I, personally, will never let a NM go yellow, period. If somebody in my alliance does it (usually on tiamat if there's nobody watching) 10 people will scream bloody murder at them, because you know exactly what causes it. I've stolen over 10 KBs from a BLM nuking -> running complete opposite direction of anyone else next on the hate list, and dying, which forces it to go yellow past a certain distance (if you don't know what it is, I'm not telling you)

There are rules, if a BLM takes hate from me on KB I shadow them, if we get an add and we have some tards around, I cue up shield bash or flash and camp the chat log for double casting. It's not hard.

If you're stupid enough to let a NM get yellow, you're stupid enough to sit on the side and watch another LS finish off your HNM. Learn the rules of hate, follow them, educate your friends.
