Ranged attack and distances

I've asked this about 3 times in the random question thread and its been ignored or people just don't know. I was wondering what the distances were for gun, xbow, archery, and throwing. The ideal distances that is. Also is there a difference between sweet spots of each family? example would ebow have a different distance than Selene's Bow?

Also, am I making things up or does distance no longer affect ranged accuracy, only damage now? I could have sworn there was an update like that, but there have been so many damn ranged adjustments-- I can't remember :/

I think you are refering to the update that made it so Sharpshot takes away the association between distance and ranged accuracy. On a normal shot, ranged accuracy should still be affected in the same way as ranged attack.
