Its supposed to give the puppet MP back; but the second part of the screenshot shows that the puppet needed the MP and the attachment simply did nothing when it triggered.

I didn't know what the PUP thing was either so I wiki'd it and what I'm getting from it is that it's only supposed to use that below 50% MP and it didn't have MP below 50% ? I don't understand how PUP works and never will, too much automaton attachments to worry about.

its ok to ask them because they wont tell you shit if its normally to far ahead. i mean we get the "there are plans we can not tell you at this time" all the time. you ask them something its fair to say theres a 50/50 shot its coming soon.

I don't remember the exact words but as I remember it they said "soon" or "shortly" or "in the nearby future", something like that. SE doesn't give information years ahead, in my experience that is. You do see what I mean, right Xanthe?

The definition of normally with the Dev team is quickly changing though. Fan Fest is only once per year, so they likely gave answers regarding the plans they had for the coming year.
