Syzygy is a small group of friends on Midgardsormr looking for just a couple more people to fill out our ranks. We strongly believe in quality > quantity, and are looking for others who agree with this outlook.

We are looking for people who aren't afraid to put in hard work to learn each encounter and zone (most things are harder with less people, but more rewarding as well). We have only recently started Salvage as our own group, so we are all learning. We have acquired several 35 and 25 pieces already. We have cleared many Limbus zones, and are expecting to do 2 back-to-back Omega pops (low-man of course) in the near future. We expect people to be intelligent and care about their characters. We don't care if you don't have HNM King gear. We do expect you to make the smart choice available to you for your gear, however. We also expect people to merit. We are also looking to do more in sea, sky, and znm in the near future (again, all low-man).

We are looking for anyone who has multiple jobs leveled, especially in different job roles, and especially 1 good Thief (TH4 a plus, wanting to play thief a requirement). We use ventrilo for everything, and we have a very informal and friendly loot distribution method (we feel point systems are silly for our set-up). In low-man, everyone gets items they want/need a lot quicker than a shell with a lot of people.

Finally, while we are semi-new to the current FFXI endgame as a group, several of us do have significant experience leading groups in an MMO. We have the guild leader and 2 officers from Risen (top10 guild worldwide, top3 US in WoW). We quit WoW a bit back after playing and being near the top for over 3 years, so we do know what we are doing.
