Tossed Official Soul Reflector

Way back i tossed my Official Soul Reflector when I thought I wasn't going to be doing any more Pankration. Damn you ZNM's! Now the NPC that makes the Official Soul Reflector says I need to declare it lost to the NPc across from him( the match scheduler I guessed) but that doesn't work.

I've searched around and people have said previously that zoning works, but I warped to Bastok and ran back to no avail. None of the NPC's say anything else regarding lost official reflectors either by talking to them or by trading a normal soul reflector to them.

Any suggestions?

Talk to the NPC across from him, and there's an option to declare it lost. I've tossed many and declared them all that way, with a 3 month gap between tossing and declaring at one point.

I spent like 2 hours looking for this answer on forums and other sites, talking to a bunch of NPCs and FINALLY got the answer.

Talking to the match scheduler in cage A and cage B did nothing. BUT the scheduler in cage C finally gave me the option to declare it lost. I talked to them all without zoning, don't ask me why the first two didn't want to help me. I think they just don't like my beard.

probably because your last registered match was in cage C or something
