Back on topic, it gives both regen/refresh icons when used, so pretty sure it doesnt stack, and cant sell it.

Well... those are just SE being lazy with the icons. If you use the icon dat pack, they're actually different.

It does not sell for obvious market reasons.

It does not stack. The only time you will ever see/use one is in Ein. Unless someone was stupid.

anyway the RDM popped an item I didn't recognize, and I think it was one of these; we have a mixed JP/NA LS so there was a lot of w w w's when he did, but I was new at the time and also kinda focussed on healing so I didn't ask at the time

I'm not sure if this is a recent change, but amrita (the actual drink, not the abj) can drop from einherjar. If you see people using them, that's probably where they came from.
