I just went to the house for lunch and seen that the version I have of the song is an MP3 version. I wasn't sure because I grabbed those songs over a year ago. None-the-less, I looked for a few minutes for a FLAC version and came up empty. I did find an m4u(i think that was the extension, it was a 256kbps AAC version) that was ripped from the FLAC. I've never played with itunes, is that something I can get from there? If not, I'll just have to keep digging for the FLAC version.

You're using the music from the actual intro to gameplay? The intro movie after you press start? I thought that whole section ended with an unresolved 5th that carried over into the next section, unless you're cutting before the fanfare in which case you'd be cutting at a cadential extension before a resolution and then have an even worse problem.

btw Tyche I know how to take dictation and then do orchestration for you but it would take me a while... plus you'd then have to program the new arrangement in from scratch or hire live musicians. You'd need a small orchestra to pull the same kind of sound too.

This may be out of left field.

But since it's for your wedding, and you're having trouble finding FLAC. Have you considered actually buying the soundtrack?(I'm assuming it's on there).

If I can't find the FLAC (I'm still pretty damn confident I can if I dedicate the time to searching for it, I only had a few moments to gloss around earlier), then I may buy it.

And Canon in D isn't the traditional bridal entrance song. That's the bridal party song (which we still aren't doing). "Wedding Chorus" is the bridal entrance song.

This is the part my friend excels at, he's spent serious cash on software and professional sample libraries. Depending on how things progress, perhaps people can collaborate?
