Got to Vegas or Make money?

Well right now I have a hard decision to make. Its my 21st birthday today as the ones who browse spam know. And I've been planning a trip to Vegas with my mother and a few friends of mine. Well its getting really close I'm broke I have no news on the plane tickets and the day I'm supposed to go is really close. Well at the same time I have a job going for me which makes some decent cash (12/hour) and I really like it a lot. But I have to choose.

Either:
A. Goto vegas lose the job lose potential income etc
B. Keep the job ruin plans that me my mom, and friends have been looking foreward to etc.

Now I know vegas is going to be there forever but this is pretty significant to me but I don't think I can make this decision by my lonesome. So I would like some help from all you forum goers. ! Vote above and voice your opinion.

Your opinion will not make up my mind however the points (+ or -) will help me out a lot.

Normally I would be in favor of Vegas, baby, Vegas. However you are broke and Vegas is not the place to go if you're broke. Sure you can do stuff on a shoestring budget but only the stuff you can do anywhere. If you wanna do the stuff you can only do at Vegas then bring lots and lots of dough.

I was just there last month and lemme tell ya, a thousand bucks doesnt last very long there. And I barely gambled.

You should go in December. That is when hotels are at their cheapest. And check out a Cirque de Soliel show. Sounds gay but they are really spectacular to see in person. I saw "Love" last year and "Ka" this year. Love was good but Ka is a most see. Cirque de Soliel "O" is supposed to be really good too. And coming in the fall there will be a new Cirque show starring Chris Angel.

My gf even dragged me to see "The Phantom of the Opera". Even that show was worth seeing. I heard they spent $10 mil on the stage and it shows. I was impressed.
