    free webhosting

    Not sure if this is the right section for my question so I apologize if it's not.

    I'm pc/internet challenged but I want to try and create a website for a linkshell. Could anyone please share some info with how to get started?

    Both. Someone suggested Forumcircle.com as it was a good choice. Was looking for other opinions and ideas.
