Havent you ever watched Star Wars or any SiFi stuff? They use like gravity fields or sumin to keep things connected that arnt.
Thats a bit nit picky ;o

And I watch sad animes too, but that doesnt mean I get immune to them, I still cry at the most cliche storys.

It was bloody well amazing, one of the best films I've seen in ages. And yeah, I'll admit it too -- I cried.

Great movie. People i went to see it with fell asleep lol. Between the running around at disney and then no talking in the movie, they couldnt handle it.

Absolutely great, first good new film I've seen in a long time.
Liked it a lot more than Ratattouie, and even Incredibles, which I thought was previously Pixar's best film.

The quality of the storytelling was extremely high, to be able to say so much with characters who don't really speak. Well crafted movie in general, and I loved the social commentary that they built the plot around. Very scifi and responsible of them. ;o
Liked the BnL logo that pops up again at the very end of the credits too.

Best Pixar movie ever. Story was great, Wall-E is a heart breaker. 10/10.

My friends and I were debating stealing the 7 foot Wall-E movie display in the theater until we realized there was no way we could get out with it, let alone get it home.

If you went to stadium 16 and the wheelchair chick was working the booth, it'd have been an easy smash and grab >.> I'm thinking about taking my 15 month old there next weekend for a matinee when they allow children under 3.

Showplace East. Their display is huge like xbox, and worthy of theft.

The Stadium 16 lady is always super nice to me. She always recognizes my fiancee and I since we've pretty much stuck to S16 only since we've been dating. Plus I didn't even know S16 had displays o_O I guess I've just never paid attention since they don't have a billion there.

I know this is going to sound racist, but I fucking hate east because it's always jammed packed with black people. Fucking stereotypes are true. They always sit in the top three rows and I always get there late and end up in the top three rows. So I almost always go to 16. Usually get the college crowd there and they're a pretty tame bunch. They usually have displays set up on the 2 corner rooms directly to your right and left of the entrance, or at least they did. Could be delusional. Walking into east is like walking into a imdb.com in real life. The wheelchair chick is always nice to me too, but I doubt she knows me, don't go to the movies more than once or twice a month or more.

Saw it, was good, but wasn't good as I had really wanted it to be. 7or7.5/10. Ratatouille was better even if Wall-E had more BAWWWWWWWWWWWWW moments.

I liked it, but I felt it was much stronger on the Wall E n' Eve parts. The social commentary struck me as a bit heavy handed. I mean, I know it's an "all ages" movie and all, but still.

10/10. Girlfriend and I loved it. There were a couple of times near the beginning where I didn't really understand what the story was going for but once they got to the Axiom and revealed the plot of the movie... I understood and I thought it was marvelously done.

[spoiler:gdrqtbp2]The whole thing with the people relying so much on machines and the machines taking over and protecting humanity from a 700-year old problem was a nice touch... and the parts with E.V.E. and Wall-E where he kept trying to protect her and was always by her side at the beginning... as well as the parts where they were interacting (as well as how he changed the lives of all the people on board the ship, especially the Captain) was amazing. Anyone who didn't feel the least bit emotional at the end should get their heads checked, the girlfriend and I were on the brink of tears because it was so masterfully done without the use of words.

Oh, and the credits were awesome too... I love how it went from the progression of art starting from the stone ages... that was awesome.[/spoiler:gdrqtbp2]

One thing I didn't get was.

[spoiler:22upucub]WTF was up with that sandstorm shit? Wouldn't that deem Earth as non-inhabitable or at least something pretty fucked up to worry about?

And I didn't like how he magically came back just by holding hands, I figured it woulda been the spark between em when she kissed him. Cheesy yea, but woulda made more sense.[/spoiler:22upucub]

Re: Wall • E

[spoiler:3vuz9i4i]I'm guessing the sandstorm was just a result of there being no trees to really stop any wind from picking up... sandstorms are very common in deserts and it doesn't make life uninhabitable... it's just showing how desolate the planet was after they abandoned it 700 years ago. Also, the part at the end as I saw it was supposed to show that Wall-E's computer was reset and he continued with his directive... but when she grabbed his hand and touched his head, it reconnected his memory banks to the main system. It worked kind of like short-term amnesia.[/spoiler:3vuz9i4i]

Tyche, you would be surprised. I can guarantee that she remembers you, even if you only go a few times a month. I used to work at a movie theatre. We remember everyone. =)
