Lock demon form in the alpha was complete crap. It was on a 5 minute cooldown, lasted 45 seconds, despawned your pet and all pet related buffs(including soul link), and locks you out of casting all of your normal spells. The only good thing about it as that it temporarily brings you to full health and mana until it wears off, but speccing into deep demo for it will be idiot unless it's totally revamped, and even than, it would have to be amazing to give up ruin for pve, or all the affliction talents for pvp.

Because the topic title says "Blizzard WWI 2008" The event isn't just about D3, they make other games. There will be a lot of info coming out about WoW as well.

Mage is getting a lot of buffs, you really shouldn't whine about it. It'll probably be a lot stronger than it is now PVE wise. I'm wondering how shadowpriests will compare to locks/mages in xpac, the demon form thing sounds a lot better than the pure shadowform or whatever nonsense. Mages might get buffed enough to take over locks spot on meters maybe ;o

I haven't read much about it. I just sold my prot pally and am looking for a new class, can't decide which but everyone seems to like their spriest. How good will it be come xpac you think?

I remember about a year ago telling my guildmates that if a sequel to Diablo 2 ever came out I'd probably quit WoW for that.


As much as I love WoW, Diablo is my homeslice.
