This game looks really good, i think the comparison to Trusty Bell (eternal sonata) is pretty apt.

I used to own a wii but traded it in for a ps3 a while ago. Now, between this and FF: CC Crystal Bearers, Fragile, Winter, and Muramasa: The Demon Blade there's a sizable catalog of games building up that might make me repurchase the system. If the reviews for this game and Crystal Bearers are good I'll seriously consider it. Plus, a rumored Chibi-Robo sequel would almost certainly be wii-exclusive...

Disgusting? I guess I don't have the same standard, because I thought they looked pretty good. I love the colorful environment, and the character design seemed interesting. It's not next gen kind of great, but it's definitively not disgusting.

also that article (and kotaku) are pretty much retarded. I'm not sure why you'd imply that the Wii is somehow a "go-to" console for jrpgs when it has like 0, maybe 1 other.

Anyway I'm definitely getting this, release date is 6/22 for NA.

It's been so long since I've played a Turn-Based RPG, that and it's for the Wii, so I'll definitely be picking this up since I hardly use my Wii. Been keeping up with this game from time to time, so looking very forward to playing and enjoying it.

I'll probably pick it up unless the reviews are abysmal. The console's so game-starved that anything halfway decent is a must-buy. Good to have a release date, I'm... excited... sort of.

I remember wanting to play FFCC soooo badly then playing it for about 2 hours trying to convince myself it wasnt awful. It's certainly a pretty game, but holy fuck is it boring
