Question concerning Experimental Lamia, is she supposed to not close in on the tank at all? When we fought her today she stopped doing anything after the second add was dead and just stayed away from me. When the third add was dead she used a few WS and began using Ranged attacks again, but even below 66% she didn't move at all. Just curious if she's supposed to do that, was a rather relaxing fight thanks to that.
It's a known glitch, we've taken her down from like 80% to dead like that without any ranged attacks or TP moves. Just killed with whatever nukes & DoTs we had. Sometimes she just gets stuck there if the person/people with hate are right up against the zone line. Exploit!
Bump.
Anyone have info on ZNM rage?
I'm thinking T1 30min, T2 being 45min, and T3 being 60min, T4 being 80min...
idk, it's odd that they even made ANY of them rage... I mean W.T.F.
Guess too many DRGs were QQn when some RDM was solo'n their Armed Gears pop for 3 hours.
This is quite upsetting though, if i'm unable to solo up to T3 on each path anymore, it's just gonna be a fucking pain in the ass to find people 'every' time.
And I don't think the Experimental Lamia freezing in place is a glitch, I think it's supposed to do that - each time you kill a baby, it does Belly Dance then after it just kinda hangs there for awhile.
It migth be a glitch though actually, one time doing Gotoh he stopped moving/attacking/casting/everything and we just dropped him completely in like 3 minutes lol
Watching people solo those nm for 3h while you wait was retarded. Glad they nerfed it.
I'll have to disagree with you when we took a frozen Lamia down from 80%~ish to dead with PLD and BRD Banishes and Holy's... It wasn't quick and it wasn't "hangs there for a while" she was stuck as shit and didn't fight back as we moved the entire ally to the edge of the zone-line. This was our 2nd kill this run and the first time she only stuck like that until the second we killed the last Merrow.
p.s. Still no brave souls that attempted soloing Iriz Ima/Armed Gears/Lil' Apkallu/etc. ?

that seems new, never had that happen in our previous 5 fights...
also, Cheese Hoarder was an utter bitch yesterday, instead of his links stopping at the doors like they always have (5 previous fights), they actually engaged us... heck of a surprise when you're low-manning it
that is a standard marid attack
Must be random, or depends which room you take him too - I did it yesterday with some friends for first time and every time the Qiqirns stopped at the door and depopped, only once did it not do this; I think the person who had hate wasn't on the opposite end of the room though.
Seems to still work, otherwise.
I've had the Qiqirn link come into the room only once, and it was only on initial pull. I'm going to continue to chalk that up to random glitch/mistake/etc. However, I must know, does Iriz Ima rage? If so how soon and does it gain movement speed?![]()
Does anyone know if Iriri Samariri is stunnable? and if he is, does he build resistance?
None of the Tier3 ZNM's need to be kited at all:
-Can kill Goto Zah easily in like 15ish minutes when straight tanking. He always does "Warm-Up" > "Groundburst",wich is enough warning for your stunners to stun it.Have all mages stay away to not get hit by -ga's.Keep up Barfira etc.,etc... = easy and fast win
-Dea is the same.Stunning Crippling Slam is cake and even if it lands,it doesnt one-shot people and can be absorbed by shadows. No need to kite this at all.
-Armed Gears can be straight tanked as well.Just have mages stay out of "Rail Cannon" range and bring some RNGs and SMNs.However, this can still be a long fight if you are low on BLMs.
-Nuhn is tricky. If he spawns in "gnash-mode" he is easy as hell and can be straight tanked for a fast kill.If not,he is the only TIII ZNM that needs to be kited.
-Mahjleaf the Paintorn has no need to be kited as well.Just have a decent Magic Def.Bonus setup on our tanks and a good support. And as usual, everyone should stay away.
My LS has won all of the TIII mobs with straight tanking. It can speed up fights by more then 50% and is not hard to do at all(dont even need full alliance to do this)
Oh,and droprate on TIII weapon can SUCK.It took us like 25+ TIII kills before we seen our first Weapon/Shield drop(worst one seems to be Naglering, wich took me 8 trys to obtain). But we have gotten every TIII weapon or shield now, just gotta keep it up.
But just wondering, how hard are Tyger and Seremaya compared to Tinnin? We beat Tinnin last week with a bit of trouble and was wondering if we should try the other 2 already.Tinnin seemed to be a bit harder then the original Hydra, are the other two harder then their original counterparts(Khimaira/Cerberus) as well?
