I'm a Paramedic, and an EMT for a really bad city/township that has a LOT of gangs and drug import/export. And soon I'll be going to med school, so I see all sorts of stuff. Executions, shootings, stabbings, hangings, decaps, lots of blunt trauma like baseball bats or bricks to the face. Nose bleeds and vomit still make me sick though, nothing else really does. Well, except for decomposition, lol.
