Well obviously, but it's far more amusing for me to look at it that way. Rawr. Let's try to make it fun! Anyone know offhand the odds of 2 people sharing the same DNA pattern out of random testing? We could put OJ's old idea of a defense based on there being others with the same DNA with 'reasonable doubt' by demonstrating that it would be more likely for there to have been 100 (or many more) other people that could have been the real killers that he's searching for tirelessly... than there would have been for this to have actually happened.
