Yeah sure you would be able to trade in your "orb" twice just like with KS99 or Limbus Items .
Let´s imagine you have 47396 then this would be automatically ONLY offer Rank 1 prices, because you have all 5 digits right. Easy to programm, nothing is needed to prevent. Seriously you think SE would be that dumb so people with 47396 can trade a Moogle 4-5 times the SAME orb? haha.
If you play normal lottery and you have all 6 right you are not getting the $ for having 3,4 or 5 rights either. You get the price for having 6 right. (ONLY)
Or take a look at game77 (german but people should understand). Like said already they can do what they want and actually this way wasn´t that bad.
    People start to think please.

Anyone who won something should be happy, even though I wanted to touch Claire.
Congratulations to our Rang 1 Winners who posted here. Have fun^^

Won two EXP scrolls. Oh well, I'll be more happy if my characters get restored from the hacking.

What I meant was that you'd see some people call GM/cry over it and try to fuck the system (you know damn well they would try). SE just prevented that by drawing different numbers.

Thanks Btw. I won 1 exp scroll and 59 nothings! But I still believe that a glitch will give me 100 million, so I'm not dropping them yet.

28 exp scrolls (four on one mule)
    two rank 4 prizes
    one rank 3 prize

the closest I got to rank 2 was 72017
the closest I got to rank 1 was 58396.

Ah well, I made gil off this, I knew my gardening mules were more than just one-trick ponies.

Considering I used random numbers for 2 of my mules generated by moogles and those are the marbles that won, Id call that BS. However it is alla, so carry on.

For all ps2 users, if u buy the marbles thru moogle random system...

You wont won above rank 5 items..
because SE has programmed the random system for ps2 to generate only
    these 2 patterns;

    EOEOE
    OEOEO
    Read the PS2 section.

You randomly generated them on your PC. WAY TO READ NEO!

I made the mistake of replying to that thread Tekki. Waste of time. Although, now I know where the recent influx of new BG posters are coming from!

I actually did notice this... on my PS2 and PS3 both. I kept having the moogle /random for me while I was choosing marbles, trying to get certain ending numbers. I ended up having to change to PC to get all my combinations because When I was rolling I couldn't get certain numbers. I would have a mule who was supposed to get 20-29, and could only get the moogles to /random the XXX21, XXX23, XXX25, etc numbers. Once I logged my accounts over to PC instead they were able to get the rest of the marble numbers I wanted them to have.

I figured it was some kind of glitch, surprised nobody else mentioned it and posted something sooner (I don't bother to go to Alla anymore except to laugh... )

So PS2 users weren't able to type out the number they wanted, and only use the random function?

1 exp scroll per char/mule... yay.

You could choose your own numbers just fine, but if you wanted the moogle to /random them for you, you were stuck with a certain set of number combinations

And that would be a bad thing if the Dev. Team used the PS2 engine to choose the winning numbers.

Otherwise, it's not really a problem, right?

I mean, I chose a buttload of random numbers on PS2, and I noticed the same funny thing, only I wasn't paying too close of attention at the time. But, at the end of the day, SE's winning number could have been an EOEOE or OEOEO (jungle love) number, right?

It's not a problem if SE randomly picks the winning number. However, we're almost positive they only semi-randomly picked the winning number. If all PS2 generated numbers were EOEOE or OEOEO then when SE generated an even-odd alternating number and checked the outcomes, they would have noticed a HUGE influx of gil and said, "Nope, next number please.".

The problem is that SE probley didn't fully randomly generate the number.
