Women Prefer Stubble?

Ive had a light beard since december-ish. Ive found that its appeal to other people is very regional. When I go to larger cities that are more trendy, I get a better reception/attention from girls or people in general than when Im back home visiting my parents. This is the length I keep it at which is 3mm according to my trimmer. It used to be more full and longer.

My girlfriend loves my goatee and mustache because they tickle her when we kiss, but she says she hates stubble and when I grow out the beard because it feels like she's kissing a cactus.

When I did a BG poll on it, I found that the ladies and gay men preferred clean shaven as much as a light goatee, but not so much love for fuller facial hair.

Well, after being employed long enough to get hired fulltime and get benefits which equals good insurance, I finally got around to going to the dermatologist for meds to clear up my outdated complexion (read: residual acne that should have cleared up by my age).

So I started shaving my entire face and ditched my goatee when I got my pills and cream, since I figured the topical cream would work better if it wasn't getting wasted on bleaching my facial hair. So I've got a fine layer of stubble if I haven't shaven in a few days, and then I saw that article. And I was like, I wonder if that's true.

Given two hot guys, one who looks good with a goatee/light beard and one who looks good without, I would pick the former. Goatees are a sexy paradox; when done right they have the power to make a man look either a little rough/wild or real smooth/suave, both of which are too tasty for words. I may be a little biased though because my boyfriend wears a short/trimmed beard...

In my opinion a good goatee will make an average-looking guy more attractive than a clean face would.

Before I had a gf, I was like "fuck yeah, bohemian/rugged i.e. too lazy to shave. Then she was like sensitive to the facial hair and would get rashes/ redness (or maybe it was due to my extreme passion ^_~), so I had to shave. Now I won't let it grow more than a couple of days. It's cool tho, well worth it

I do the very light stubble, take me about 2 days to get to that point. lol The ladies like it, but it also works with my face. I know a lot of guys who cant pull off facial hair in any sense. Same with me, I can do stubble, but look terrible once it gets past a certain point. (Usually around day 5) And I look too young imo with clean shave. Especially if my hair has gotten too long to spike, but Ive been too lazy to make a hair appointment so I leave it down.

I bought an electric shaver for my boyfriend last christmas so he can easily keep the short stubble look. He keeps it on the #1 setting if that makes any difference to you guys. He's ranged from clean shaven to full beard, so I know it's a hassle to be clean-shaven all the time. I voted for the light stubble; easy to maintain and also fucking hot.

I can't decide which to choose! I love when my guy has a little beard/stubble...but I also really like it when it's clean shaven. I think what he does is just like shave and then lets it grow out until it gets itchy and then shaves again, so like one week worth of clean-ish and then he has to shave again or something. I think it looks good both ways. He has really blonde hair so his beard doesn't look very thick.

It really does depend on the texture of the hair as well, but washing your face in the shower, just water, helps to keep it soft. I'm straight and I find myself extremely attractive with stubble. FUCK YOU I KNOW THAT'S CREEPY!

But yeah most women I have met say that I'm pretty attractive. Many gay men as well... but I can't really trust a gay man's opinion of attractiveness because men are generally more horny.

I use shampoo and conditioner on my beard always, people say I am retarded for doing it but I used to not do it and I can tell a big difference is how much smoother/softer it is.

My crazy girlfriend liked clean shaven, and the not-so-crazy one liked the long stubble I had for a while. I'd rather keep short stubble myself, as long as it's not itchy as hell.
