It's not in his bazaar so I cannot 100% confirm if it's real or bullshit. Name is Hirakoshingi - looks like a LVL1 mule (elvaan male).

Yes, because the rest of Ex would allow such a thing to go on. >.> And if someone from Ex doesn't have the gil to buy it at 200m, I doubt many other people on the server would, which would be the ONLY justification I can think of for Stan to buy it with the LS bank, so they can sell it to someone else and profit. Unless I live under a box and there's tons of rich people, but all I ever hear is people bitching about being broke, so I fail to see how they could possibly hope to profit off it.
