In regards to whether it was RMT, I was told a mule called Odixxxx something was spotted in the zone during the time it was going on. I was asleep at the time and people were attempting to contact me and GMs unsuccessfully. Let's just leave at it could be mine and it's probably RMT k?

EDIT: I was using Firefox 3 with No Script and all that jazz. My only suspicion at this time is I didn't update Flash quick enough and these people are working off a backlog of account information. That being said, stop dillydallying and change your passwords at least.

And again, I'd of rather the thread stayed locked so this could be put to rest already, but people are curious wtfever. Noone else was in bastok, people noticed my character on when I'm not normally on and I wasn't responding so rightfully so they got suspicious, and a Odi____ person was spotted in the zone. I logged in naked at the delivery npc and immediately went about getting it locked. I did inform other linkshell leaders when it happened and told them to keep an eye on bazaars. I have little faith in GMs after what transpired so assuming it got off the server it was going to be difficult to prove anything considering 90% of them don't have a brain.

I'm not sure how the rest of you feel about this but I must say, you've truly impressed me with how maturely you've handled this. I don't see why people are on your case or poking at you. How about no. Yes, I did see what he said. And yes, I do know he also said his flash player was not updated. Yes, that was his fault and he admitted it. However, I am defending the fact that he did not come here and even bring his account being hacked up to anyone until it was brought up by others. He did no whining. I am not bitching at people who're saying it's his fault it happened. I'm telling people to stop busting his balls when he didn't come here whining about getting his account hacked to begin with.

Liked I have heard discuss on our boards, if his password was stolen before he updated his flash player, doesn't mean they do the hacking right there and then. If they have a backlog of passwords and do it once a week, it is entirely possible they have a master list still waiting for more.

In the mean time, he updated his flash player thinking everything was fine, etc. Shit happens!

As a newer member of LB and someone that has been around Auronku for a short time, I can't speak for his character like Ash and others that have known him longer, but I must say, he is handling this just like he does most of our LS stuff, calm and resolved. Throw the guy a bone.
