POL-0019

Was standing there in Salvage, just warped into the Battleclad Chariot floor, then BAM! Dissconnect! >< Tried logging in several times, says it couldn't connect to server, so I thought meh it's done this before in the past, just restart PC/Router. After doing all this I try again several more times, just keep getting the POL-0019 message "Cannot connect to server".

Anyone else had this problem, know of any way to fix it?

Just made another thread about this, are you in the UK? I think it might just be UK users. I have the same error, doesn't even try to connect me to game, just 1s wait then POL error 19.

Edit~ nvm the "Location: Liverpool, England " is kinda a big give away.

I am also from England. About 20 minutes ago I got disconnected and keep getting a POL-0019 error when logging in. I thought I was being hacked at first. Also can't get on playonline.com lol.

happened to me too, walking through bastok then boom d/c getting the POL-0019 errors plus can't open POL.coms site. kinda a releif that its not just me experiencing this in a way

Our brd and sam also went at the same time as you guys XD luckily they got back on xD. Seeing 4 red dots all at once, and realising its your 2 mnks, brd and sam, leaving you with a naked non opacus thf for DD is not fun

Same has happened to me and some other people in my alli two of which I know are from the UK.

Talking to a LS friend who said this has happened to him before and oddly enough while you have this problem you can connect to SE's secure site:

I've read something about security software settings in relation to pol.exe, however, even turning firewall and antivirus off I've not been able to produce a result. I'm using AVG7 and Windows Firewall if that helps.

I updated pol this morning fine and dandy. However, I attacked a Shadow Dragon on my way to help CoP 5-3.
I got R:0d ...
...Tried to log back on.
And now, I get this damn error. x.x

wierd thing is another member in LS also couldnt get on (UK) yet a member that lives in Scotland has no difficulties...i thought it was yet another AOHell cock-up as we are both on it....but seeing other ISPs here makes me wonder whats wrong now

Really unsure... my boyfriend lives a couple hundred miles away and can get on to FF fine, albeit really laggy when navigating through POL. He's on BT Broadband.

::Edit:: He also uses EU POL on Xbox360. I've tried both PC and XBOX360 with no joy. However, he can log onto my account fine. Weird...

I checked with a friend from the UK as well, he's perfectly fine.
However, he runs the US Version of POL.

I assume we're all using EU version?

a friend of mine lives in devon and he's on BT and the connection is just a little laggy but still connected to FF buti live in the north of england and having problems it seems to be all ISPs minus BT lol.
the one damn time BT works lol

EDIT: attempted to connect using Laptop and Xbox using EU POL cilent with no joy.

I'm from england aswell. I got dced about 2 hours ago but was able to reconnect after about 5-10 mins. I'm using the EU Pol. Virgin media is my isp so its not just BT letting people on.

Location doesn't seem to matter; I've spoken to people in the north and south who cant get on and there are people in the south that can get on.

I'm on AOL and cant get on. My friend in London on Virgin says his connection is fine (I'm in Leeds btw).

Anyone have friends on the continent? The ones I've spoken to aren't affected.
