that was a solid performance from forest. im glad that fight went the distance.. when rampage caught him in the first round all i was saying was "please go 2 round please go 2 rounds". sure enough it made the ppv totally worth it.

awesome glad I picked jackson then, most times my pick for main event loses lol. Forrest seemed to know the right gameplan of leg kicks to destroy Rampages lead leg to prevent the heavy hits. Pretty sweet win, now Shogun can get his revenge and the belt.

Yeah that was a bit >_>, but then he came back and beat Shogun despite a nasty ass gash in his face... so the two events cancelled each other out.

i was watching the show at buffalo wild wings...power went out during the intros...whole place went fucking nuts. power came back on and directv had to reboot and whatnot...was hilarious. i really expected the feed to come back on and see forrest asleep. lol. forrest did a great job and really showed how much he's grown as a fighter.

From The Ultimate Fighter 1 winner to champion in three years. Very impressive win by Forrest. He showed not only an excellent game plan, but great cardio, a great chin, and even great power in his shots. Overall, the card was pretty decent. Lots of decisions, but the Lytle/Kos fight was exciting, and so was the Griffin/Aurelio.
