Cheating Housemate - Do I tell?

Ok I'll try my best to make a long story short. I've lived with my housemates for about 5 years now, they've been a couple for at least 8 years or so, together since college. I consider myself close friends with the both of them.

Now, one of them went out of town for a month, and the other has now had this other girl over, 6 nights in a row, in her room, with the door closed; she swears they aren't fucking, but to me at this point that's kind of irrelevant, I'd still consider sleeping in the same bed that many nights in a row cheating, maybe I'm crazy.

What pisses me off is that she just assumed I wouldn't say anything. We've (my gf and I) asked her if she's planning on telling her girlfriend and she said "No, it would hurt her" so she obviously knows that what she is doing is wrong, yet doesn't seem to care. I'm really torn because I consider them both close, and no matter what I do I feel like I'm not being a good friend to one of them. Do good friends keep their mouth shut?? I dunno.

So what would you do guys? Before you answer keep in mind that I am renting from these 2 and I'm slightly scared of ending up homeless all of a sudden.

Just to clarify, not that it matters, but "he's" a "she".

I do agree with you though, I've lost a lot of respect for her, this is all definitely a surprise to me, I would have never imagined her to be like this.

Post not very clear on specifics, but I suppose it doesn't need to be since it doesn't change my answer . You should really look into giving them some alias' if you elaborate anymore though.

All of that said, if it's a straight couple and she cheated on him with a woman, might I suggest Jerry Springer as the next stop. Especially if he has no idea/she hasn't shown any bi-leanings.
