Sony needs to get an XNA parallel going, set a date for Home, and try to lay a foundation for being about software over all else. they make quality fucking hardware that doesn't rely on endless peripherals or trying to control all content for every kind of gamer. Sony has always done well based on third party support and they need to keep pushing that.
