Edit: And yes this is a genuine question I've haven't checked it out long enough to see anything difference except it seems regular wiki has some things you don't.

It has people who care about correct information and won't let things like "Paralyze can stop weaponskills!" linger.

People want a full wiki, but that only happens when we have a lot of people working on it. I wish that everyone who bandwagoned about the other wiki had contributed one good article to BG wiki, it would be complete.

Seeing as FFXIclopedia is already a full wiki, what's the point really? Most game information is already there.
