    Really good season so far.
    I honestly didn't get it either until near the end.

    I'm loving the episodes, but it seems like they keep brushing the 'main' storyline to the sidelines, then giving us a 5 minute glimpse at it.

    I love the show but unfortunately haven't been able to watch the last few episodes. But this comment couldn't be more of the truth. They start the show with him talking about his burn notice, then have 40-50 minutes of him helping somebody, and then at the end they move another inch in the 'burn notice' plot. Sometimes they reference it in the middle of the show if we are lucky.

    Don't get me wrong, the show still is great but I'd like a little less help the poor schmuck who lost his daughter to a porn ring and more of Michael finding out about his enemies.

    As long as he's owning bitches and playing mindgames with everyone, I'm good.

    I kind of like this format to be honest. It's alot more segmented, unlike a show like lost, where if you miss the first season you'll be completely lost. No pun intended.

    Just a thought, but on that note does anyone else notice similarities between this show and Dexter(at least / especially season 1)? I think on average, they put a little more time into the progression of the main plot in Dexter, but still, there are quite a few similarities between the shows's storytelling format. Funny enough, additionally both shows are based in Miami, and feature the main character as a helpful narrator providing insight into their reasoning and motivation.

    Then again, maybe I'm just imagining things after seeing Angel make an appearance in season 1

    Really great episode this week, I thought; can't wait until the season finale next week.

    Season finale tonight, orz!!!!!!!!

    Good thing it's coming back in January this time in that same split season format that USA uses for Psych, Monk, and other stuff.

    Personally, I think that format works ok for those shows, but I'd rather go 16 weeks straight with Burn Notice then 8 & 8 two times a year.

    Anyway... I sense cliffhanger tonight!

    i hate giant cliffhangers. the end of season 1 made me excited to see what happened, but season 2 started off kinda slow imo. this episode was pretty good, but they basically showed all the good parts in the preview for the last two episodes.

    Ending a season after 9 episodes? lame...
    Having to wait until the winter for new episodes? even worse. ;;

    I think the part picking up in winter is more of season 2. and yes i wish it lasted longer too =(
