Just got back from seeing Jimmy Eat World.... they played pretty much all of Clarity except "For Me, This Is Heaven" (my fave JEW song). Still, it was amazing. I had heard they sucked live and stuff, not the case at all tonight. I recorded "Hear You Me", but it turned out kinda crappy.

jimmy eat world is great live. They opened for Green Day last year. Only caught half their set but they did really well. Green Day of course blew them out of the water.

I think people think MCR is emo when they take their songs out of context. The last album was a rock opera sort of thing so by themselves the songs aren't going to be significant.

This is part of the reason why I now pay for Satalite radio. More variety, not the same friggin singles every 90 minutes, and so many bands I've missed out on I get to listen to now. Would have never discovered stuff like Apocalyptica without it.
