glitchy video

I have a strange problem with my in game video, it seems that when the camera or I am moving lots of textures become clear so i can see through them, but this only happens for split second, and it flashes rapidly. I cannot take a screenshot of it because it only happens during motion, and when the screen pauses before taking screenshots the effect will go away.

I updated my video card driver, tryed turning on and off different settings with the FFXI config, like bump map on/of and other checkmarkable things. I don't know what to do, I cannot play with the screen constantly flashing at me, please assist.

Could be overheating. When was the last time you opened your case and cleaned it?

its really clean inside

the gameplay is still smooth, its just the textures that are glitchy

edit: also just did a full reinstall and problem still persists
