All banning china's ip addresses would do is stop legit players from getting in. rmt would just set up a tunnel somewhere and be on in a day.

It's my trash email account anyway, I only use it for youtube comments, spam, and board related stuff. It's best function is that I don't actually have to log into my email to read the subject when it comes up through IM notification.

One thought I haven't seen pop up is the idea of banning access from non-native accounts. EU can't connect to US, US to JP, JP to EU, etc. It's *fucking stupid*, but it's still something they might try.

I live in England, and started playing the game in March 2004, PC/US version. The EU version wasn't released until september of that same year with CoP.

So what do you say for people like me that started playing that way?
