    wzcsvbxm.dll Help Please

    My playonline viewer gives a Windows error message, "playonline viewer has encountered a problem and needs to close", the first time I start it after restarting my machine. After that it works fine. When I look at the details it lists Mod: wzcsvbxm.dll. I understand this to be used for account hijackings.

    I have searched my computer for this file, all folders and hidden, and I cannot find the file. I'm extremely frustrated at this point. If anyone could help me with finding/removing this I would be extremely appreciative.

    If you can, change your password on a PS2/360 or another computer, format yours.

    my playonline was doing the same things you say yours has been doing and my account was finally hacked about a few weeks later on 7/3/08. my computer never said anything about this dll file until just today (7/15) and i used a few different scanners quite often. if i were you id do what fallso mentioned. ive been meaning to reformat for a while now before i get my account unlocked from SEs 'investigation' and now after finding this thread with you saying the same thing that was happening to my POL and the fact that your file name is the same as the one that just popped up for me ill be reformating very soon
