I thought the exact same thing, of course she isn't dead. For those who don't know, Bobby Drake is Iceman from the X-men, who can totally disassemble in ice form & come back together unscathed. As for Daphne dying, I'm a bit relieved that it happened because the relationship between her & Parkman MADE NO SENSE. Daphne pretty much says this to Matt before she ran away to Paris(In her head).
OR! Ando powers up the baby, and the baby gives Hiro his full potential back. Gosh, I'm good.
Not sure. One could look at it as if Hiro's power was off and Ando can't powerup something that is in the off position (he can't turn on powers, only amplify and you can't amplify 0). Only when the baby touched him was it turned on. But the TV remained on until the baby touched it again so maybe if Hiro never touches the baby again? I don't know, it's always hard to guess the writers on this show. My vote still goes for baby-eating.
I still think this will be the extent of Hiro's powers. They've said a few times now that they want to end all the time travel shit.
At least Lost seems to be doing it in a not-retarded way. Seriously, the first time travelling episode of Heroes was fantastic. It was in the first season, when Ando and Hiro went to the future and the explosion had gone off. Good stuff, but the concept went to shit quickly due to overuse.
Best use of time travel in a TV show imo was the Futurama movie. IIRC it handled it perfectly with little if any loose ends. But you need a robot for that too work![]()
Word.
Alright episode, was nice to see HRG show some remourse at Tracy's death, much as I love him it is I hate how he can be such a cold hearted bastard.
Ando and Hiro hiding in the closet was priceless, glad to know Ando does have offensive use for his power, hope they give a little more detail on its use as a weapon.
Time travel is pretty broken but Hiro was always too dumb to use it at full potential. He could pretty much go back to before season on and kill all the bad people if he had half a mind to do so. Glad if time travel gets removed.
I agree 100%. Between LOST, Heroes, and WoTG, I've been mixing up, thinking there are cavernous maws on the island, etc. :<
I remember reading that Ali (Tracy's actress) wanted to get off the show, but I'm not 100% sure on that. It would be interesting if in the next season or so, they had the third part of the triplet (was her name Barbera?)
Looking forward to more focus on Sylar in the next episode. :D
Spoiler: show
Ummm... what about Sylar??? I thought he was going to kill that troll of a man, instead he's playing Fido and fetching him people with powers?
I never understood why anyone thought Sylar and Danko would fight. While they have been coming after Sylar, it's pretty clear they share the same goals for now. It's looking like they'll team up until one of them turns on the other in the finale or close to it.
On another note, I was impressed with Peter this week.
Spoiler: show
Well Danko ='s easy access of powers for Sylar. So it's in Sylar's best interest to befriend Danko until they have gathered up enough ppl... then Sylar goes nom nom nom
Yeah, but i thought Sylar was getting back into the 'game.' Looking for the stronger hunt that his father had been talking about.
And if he's looking for a bigger target, who could that be? So far this season they've made Parkman out to be enemy #1 of the state, and it seems like his power has increased a bit, but how could they pan that fight out?
Still kinda pissed at how they were building Sylar's father the whole fucking volume just about and he only showed up for one episode. I hope that is not the last we see of him.
