Extremely massive spoilers for tonight's episode (from interview at CBR):

I can tell you this - Nathan dies for real; Sylar gets brainwashed by Parkman so that he thinks he's Nathan and then frames Danko for a bunch of murders. Hiro suffers from strokes due to his powers and Peter gains all of Sylar's abilities. Tracy returns, beginning a killing spree as aperson who can turn into and control water.

If this is true:

That means Sylar will eventually come around and Nathan will disappear forever... and one of the better (and more underused) characters will be gone from the show for good.
