I enjoyed the episode but one part really bothered me. Nikki died in a raging fire with like flaming support beams falling on her right? When that chick opened the casket all she had was a little scar on her head .

(Wait a minute, were their parents named John and Kate?!) So just to make the math clear, here: We’ve met Niki Saunders, her two alternate personalities Jessica and Gina, and now Tracy Strauss, but we’ll there is another person running around with the same pretty face.
In the future Sylar is not only living with his son Noah in the Bennet house, but he has Mr. Muggles. Will the violations never end? Actually, we’ll see that Sylar has become a new man. As Zachary Quinto told me when I visited the set during the production of episode four, “I believe that there may be some waffle-making in this episode. This is an alternative sort of reality—you catch glimpses of times that may or may not actually come to fruition, but that are possibilities.”
Hiro and Ando will find themselves in a Level 5 cell. So it will be interesting to see how they go from chasing Daphne to Level 5.
Elle has quite literally be on the fritz—her power keeps overloading and blowing out of control—and she’ll turn to Claire for help.

Some of these episodes are so full of plotholes. Noah and Haitian are plotting against the company, but then the Haitian follows Angela's orders to the letter? The Haitian is one of those 'could be a villain'.

Also, Hiro not completely stopping time is retarded. His power this whole time has been manipulating time and space, and now we find out he suddenly can't do that? I think the Heroes writers were just reaching so that Daphne could be a plausible villain to Hiro.

Hatian was apparently never not working for the company while he was still helping Noah out last season, and he kept secrets from Noah regarding Claire...why are you so inclined to believe what he tells you? No plot hole, just allegiances being kept hidden. (Protip: Don't ever watch LOST if you have trouble grasping this concept, your brain might explode.)

As for Hiro, 'manipulate time and space' doesn't necessarily mean stop; it's relative. If you'll recall when he first warped to NY, he was on the train; the clock over his head got progressively faster as he concentrated, meaning it was scaling. Conversely, if he slows time way the fuck down, most things are going to hold more or less still; but since little miss Daphne moves faster than normal, slowing her down only brings her back to a relative 'normal' pace.

Mohinders power is kinda lame but I'm guessing if future peter is getting present peter to stop it eventually it must become a problem as he's taking him to future to see what happens

I am starting to get a feeling of an oncoming epic battle between Mohinder and present Peter over the formula.

I don't believe Hiro has full control over his power yet... it's future Hiro who has completely mastered his time manipulation ability (as seen in Season 1).

Hiro can slow down time, stop time, jump into the future/past, and can prolly make life move in fast forward if he wanted to.
In the season 3 premier Hiro slowed time and he did freeze the speedster, but when her "trail" (or w/e you want to call it) caught up w/her she was able to move, just not at "flash" speed. Up until that point hiro never needed to really "know" how to fight or defend himself since all he needed to do was stop/slow time... but this speedster (who isn't really evil or a villian, she is just a hired hand) will prolly make him realize that he needs to know some more self defense in general since he can't accomplish everything through time manipulation.
I think its just as was said last week... they cancel each other out... but its not a universal effect, they just cancel "each other" out. You could theoretically argue that when Hiro slows/stop's time he is moving at "speedster" speeds to everyone else (w/enables him to manipulate present time)... so when he meets the speedster girl they are opposites and their powers negate each other
