Hmm, they got Hiro and Peter to not abuse time travel too much, but how will they (the writers) stop a villain from doing it?
Did Arthur actually use any of the powers Peter had absorbed? They could always pull a 'he absorbed Peter's base power, but not the powers Peter had absorbed'. It is also possible that Arthur doesn't realize that Peter can time travel. Unless he has an ingame check list of what powers he gets when he absorbs someone like a Peter or a Sylar (if he does get all the powers and no the base).
If they showed Arthur using a power Peter had and I missed it sorry, I was um distracted the last little bit of the show.
Yes, he immediately used the lightning power Peter had been wielding when he walked in.
Edit: Definitely looked to me like he left Peter absolutely without any powers, even the ability he was born with. Doesn't make sense for him to only take some powers(not that it would stop anyone).
ok so he saw Peter using the lightning bolt and he used it. Does he know Peter is the +1 version him or does he just think his kid was all sparky? And does he actually know everything he just absorbed?
That's the dilemma here. Does Arthur know he have all of Peter's abilities or did he just take the lightning because that's what he saw Peter use?
Peter did, however, walk in the room invisible (which is just plain stupid... if you want to get the drop on people why would you uncloak yourself before you've done anything...)
bumpage for tonights episode
Hmm... does this mean he took the lust of knowing how "things work" from Peter as well (for lack of better term, what made Sylar the way he was). My only doubt for that is because Peter never "unconsciously learned" it from Sylar normally...
A shame about Adam Monroe. I really hated how, in the last season, Hiro felt justified for what he did to him since it was his own damn fault for making him that way in the first place. He created the villian and he just seals him away like a bad mistake.
Anyway, finally caught up so will be anticipating tonight's episode greatly
Last weeks episode was the best so far and it finally grounded the season, looking forward to tonights episode!
Will be cool if Arthur has "The Hunger" now though.. can make him the ruthless villian ever... maybe he will kill the other villians and be super-awsome? It will lead up to a Peter vs Arthur Season Finale and be amazing! (well.. one can hope?)
Yet even more spoilers:
Spoiler: show
Would the hunger really affect him? When it comes to other special people, the hunger seems to make a person want to know how another person's powers work. But if he can absorb the powers just by being around them (from Peter's power), would that be enough to satisfy him?
Except that you're right Woozie. When you can "eat" the powers just by stepping near them why would you still want to eat their brain? (yeah yeah "Eat your brain? Clare that's disgusting" etc)
my waifu is back!
You've been a bad boy peter! You're grounded!
lol good job brother ;o
edit: snap! now super boss has maya eyes
