wtf ever happened to that motherfucking girl who got trapped in the motherfucking future? Did Peter just say fuck that?
They dropped that story line... but... you could say that she got trapped in the future in w/the outbreak occurred, so when Peter stopped that future from happening she ceased to exist. Of course Peter could just go back in time to before she got ported to the future and save her then, but I guess they prefer loop holes
She was sent to the future
That future doesn't exist anymore
She doesn't exist anymore
Yeah, it's silly, but bringing her back would make no sense (minus going back in time and grabbing her and not allowing peter to take her into the future and oh god i just got a headache)
Edit: Oh, just realized Katlan said the same thing
Has it been confirmed to work that way?
Didn't Future Peter technically go back to the future he prevented from happening(and causing a future where he dies much earlier).
I'm assuming it works that way in the show... remember in Season 3 premier future peter comes from the reality where Nathan tells everyone about "people w/powers" and that leads to them all being hunted down, yatta yatta... When he prevented Nathan from telling everyone his new future was the one where "everyone has powers." And since he died in that future I'm assuming that's why we haven't seen future Peter again in S3... at least we won't see him until they prevent the formula from getting out, at w/point he will be magically ressurrected [for the show's sake] since his future will no longer be the one in w/he dies... *brain hurts*
least thats how I understood things, don't think there is any 100% certainty unless the writers came out and said something on the matter
Do the writers for Heroes do any sort of podcast weekly like Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse do for Lost?
It's not televised but the writers do a weekly Q&A called "Behind the Eclipse" where they drop hints as to what's coming.
You can also look up NBC's EPKs on their website. Every Thursday they give you 4 clips from the upcoming Heroes episode.
Wait, I thought future peter didn't die, but was just unable to use his powers of regeneration because of the hatian/company stuff?
There is a website in which they answer questions on a weekly bases. One of the reasons I hate talking about this show is the fact that this site has been posted several times and people still keep ignoring it and calling "plothole" on things that they answered.
Just drove me nuts.
But anyway, yeah they answer a LOT of questions with actual pretty good reasons.
Spoiler: show
hotsex gogo
The ending was great :O Can't wait until next week!
They could use a calendar to find the eclipses, but no, they have to fucking Isaac that shit.
Hiro in the comic book store had me rolling. Yes Hiro, Marvel is that fucked up nowadays.
While the eclipse thing makes a nice concept: taking away everyone's powers for an episode or two, it doesn't really make any sense. Ok, so the eclipse two years ago gave everyone their powers. Then what about all the dozen or so people who have been shown to have powers before that eclipse? Did they get their powers from a different eclipse? Did they lose their powers in the last one? Do these eclipses just randomly grant and take away powers based on the writer's needs at the time? Don't eclipses happen less frequently than every two years? I can't really think of a better way to take away people's powers en masse, (none of that Scarlet Witch "no more mutants" bullshit) but the eclipse seems like a blatant plot device.
I generally don't care about 'plot holes' or anything like a lot of people in this topic do, I like to just enjoy the show and not look into it too deeply, but this eclipse thing really threw me for a loop.
They probably have some rationale, they just don't tell you it until after the fact lol
Fuck. My. Tivo. Cut off again right as Mr. Petrelli snaps out of Isaac-mode. Can anyone tell me what he drew and what the previews were for next week? Thanks
