I am one of the shows biggest fan and I never complain about an episode. But I must say, tonight was a fairly big disappointment. I don't remember one scene from the commercials being in tonight's episode. I thought today was supposed to be all about the eclipse.

I'm hoping it was just all the necessary things they had to add to set up an epic episode.

He drew an eclipse, and next week's episode is where the eclipse happens again and takes away everyone's powers, making everyone normal HUME.

Oh and Elle/Sylar/Stacy/Knox/Flint are now Teamed with Arthur; While Peter/Claire/Maat/Daphne/Nathan are now teamed with Angela, I really have no clue what's going to happen next week besides what I just typed.

But there's a part where Peter says, "Nathan I can fly," then jumps off a building (idk how he can do this if he has no powers LUL maybe he got them back while everyone lost theirs, since he was already incapacitated???). (or maybe he's snapped and is committing suicide because he one messed up mofo).

Or maybe that's from when he did that exact thing wearing those exact clothes all the way back in the very first episode of the entire series.

Speaking of Issac, does anybody know WHO wrote the recent comic that Hiro and Ando picked up? Issac was the writer but now he is dead and yet they found a brand new published copy that happened to show them what was going on at that exact time. Seems rather ridiculous.

There are probably mountains of 9th Wonders issues we haven't seen yet. I don't see why we should think that we've seen all of Isaac's work

Yeah, I meant to add that part as my speculation, my mind was just racing with to many questions at once to write it down. I'd assume he wrote a ton of comics at once, I just thought it was a tad bit unrealistic that of all the comics he wrote, that happened to be the one on display at the time. But then again it is a show about time travel, flying and so on so I can make myself believe..
After all, the comic was about them reading the comic.

I personally loved the episode. Sylar/Elle was great, and the ending ACTUALLY got me pumped for next episode which, sadly, hasn't happened for a while. Last two minutes were well done, I thought.

You could cut the intensity of the Sylar/Elle scene in the empty room with a damn knife it was so thick. Loved it.

My episode ended JUST as Arthur was returning from his future-painting state for some reason, so what happened after he finished drawing?

Because before Sylar kills him at the end of season 1, he says that the issue he'd just written (about events that take place later in that season) was his last. Then again, maybe when all of the seasons of Heroes are complete and everyone is living happily ever after, Future Hiro will travel back in time and have Isaac make more comics, which he can then take with him and plant in the appropriate time-periods to drive the story forward, like how Bill and Ted steal Ted's dad's keys from the past after their excellent adventure to release their historical figures from prison.

Last week's episode was all sorts of fail, I loved this Monday's episode... thought it was very well done.. and the ending in how it showed both diff teams assembling was perfect. Peter needs to get his fucking powers back. Peter vs Sylar needs to happen. I havent wanted to see next weeks episode this badly since... well... since S3 started lol

Only cheesy parts were when Daphe Told Parkman she loves him, I didnt feel it at all. And Claire saying she was the catalyst was a bit too late, already figured it out.... so kinda anti-climactic.. but overall fantastic episode

omgomgomg... there is an assumption for episode 11, not a fact but ppl are assuming so... don't hate me if you read below:
    Spoiler: show
ppl are saying Sylar kills HRG in Episode 11, aka why he names his future child Noah out of guilt

The thing is, the future that is going on is not the future that was supposed to come to be when Issac was drawing. For example, it would be fucked up if in one of his comics he drew New York blowing up and two issues later it showed Hiro and Ando walking down the streets of New York.

How the hell did he draw and tie in multiple futures into the same comic? By the logic of when he was alive the only future he could've drawn was the future that was stopped.

We've already been shown that there are more precognitive artists than Isaac. My assumption is that knowledge, harnessed by the Organization(the conspiracy behind Primatech and Pinehurst), means there's probably at least one more precog out there, hired/recruited/coerced to pick up where Isaac left off.

But for the sake of what? Not like they need money or they needed to mass produce the real future for the world to know.

Who knows? Maybe this person was Isaac's protege, maybe the individual was hired by the Organization and then went rogue, wouldn't be the first time. Maybe he saw the future and put the comic out there knowing Ando and Hiro would need it. Maybe it was Usutu's last gesture.

At any rate, I'm inclined to think that whomever it is had to be at least passingly familiar with Isaac, in addition to sharing the same ability.

Barring all that, maybe it was just an awful plot-hole the writers thought they could get away with.

Feels like Sylar is going to be the one to save all in this. He's always been thought of as the bad guy, and now he can take powers with having to kill. Also, if that isn't true then there be one fucking epic battle between Arthur and someone else, because he is way too powerful to just be beaten by something stupid like a fucking eclipse or something.

Beautiful episode. I loved the elle/sylar scene - I also found it funny how the writers got around the chest hair issue*

I also loved the scene with Parkman/Daphne/Mrs&Mr Petrelli. Beautifully done, well cut clips, it was extroadinary. This is what got me loving season 1, if they make more episodes like this then I can see this show heading places.

    * Chest hair issue : For some reason, characters in this show aren't allowed to have chest hair. They've never done a shirtless Sylar, and I guess when Elle electrocuted him she gave him an IPL Laser therapy treatment too and got rid of the majority of it, so we don't have to look at "icky" hairs. I think it's funny.

I think both Gabriel and Nathan will be the swing votes in the climax. Gabriel's newfound dimension to his ability, and... whatever Arthur wants with Nathan. I can't forget the Strauss woman's deal to manipulate Nathan to Arthur's cause, as well as Arthur's insistence in having Nathan, which is an option he didn't give to Peter.

But yeah, I'd love to know who butts heads with Arthur. Gabriel is a powerhouse, and Peter could be as well... on the off chance he gets his powers back. I'm sure he'll have a score to settle with dear old dad.

Gabriel is much much much more powerful than Peter. Or--was. As soon as he came to his senses and starts taking emotion into play he became weak. He just let Peter destroy him when Peter was heading off to Primatech for the first time. Gabriel is easily the most powerful character in the series besides Arthur of course. I can't predict what kind of plan Arthur has for Nathan or Gabriel. I really want to know how this will play out.
