Heroes Season 3

I never got into Lost. I didn't even hear about it til it was a few seasons in, and at that point, didn't even bother starting it since I figured I would be completely, well, lost.

I thought the same thing. But a few months back I watched the first episode online. Got hooked and watched every episode. Just check it out online. One of the best shows ever. Also, you don't have to wait week to week online so you can watch them all one after another.

I love to hear how many people would watch the show if it was just the Adventures of Claire and Peter. People complain enough about how guest cast members only stay around for an episode or 2, if the main character roster was cut down then all we'd see is them meeting new people and new obstacles every day; which sounds like more of what everyone is already complaining about.

It already is the Adventures of Claire and Peter. lol The problem is that there's too much focus on a few characters and barely any focus on the rest. If they trimmed the roster and spread things around a bit it would work better. They may be able to actually focus on some worthwhile character development and backstory that way. One of my favorite episodes of the series was 'Company Man' from season 1. They managed to take a character that most people despised and turn him into a fan favorite over the course of an hour. Since then there has been almost 0 character growth across the board.

Lost is completely opposite, the writers figured out where they wanted to take the story very early generally, and they have answered pretty much every question from season 1 in some way;

Don't let that put you off the show, Lost is amazing in every which way, there's no stupid gigantic plot holes and the creators of the show did a really good job with it.


Buy the DVDs if you must, watch them in all their glory, marathon season1 and you will love the show.

The show doesn't move at a super fast speed, but it is paced decently and by the time you hit season4 you'll be tearing up with Desmond!


Most importantly, the writers of lost really hate shitty plots, interviews with Lost's writers show them actually ragging on the shitty plot holes of Heroes, lol.

That's exactly how I feel, and how I watched it. Plus Evangeline Lilly is a goddess and alone worth the watch.

Heroes in one hour! Tonight's episode better turn it all around.

Watching heroes is like playing FFXI during CoP, there's still a small fan base that's just hoping the next episode (version update!) will turn it all around!

Like it, hate it, you have to give Lost credit for not crumbling under plothole created by the complex plot. It has one of the most solid story I've seen on TV.
