They need to turn Sylar good again for Peter to get his powers back, since Sylar's powers are power transferring. Or Sylar will take a line from the Joker and give Peter his powers back just to give him someone to fight (sorry just re-watched Dark Knight recently so it's in my mind lol)

edit: well they dont really know his name do they? Also, seemed to me that the Haitian's bro had a different invulnerability power then those derived from Claire/Adam...

It always bugged me that they would call Claire the invincible or invulnerable cheerleader. Claire's and Adam's powers are not invulnerability. They regenerate, or heal, when they're hurt, but they can be hurt. The Haitian's brother was supposed to actually be invulnerable, things could not pierce his skin.
