they nerfed peter! only 1 ability at a time =/

Peter can fly
Peter can regenerate
You can let go of peter
That was an amazing ending but they made it to dramatic for Peter. He would've been better off letting go.
So it seems that Peter has more of an ability like Arthur now.
That episode was pretty much better than the whole beginning of this season combined haha...
They had too. New writers saw he was overpowered along with hiro.
How did they leave it a few months ago? Either he can only have 1 power at a time or has to relearn everything, but its touch now.
They either took a few steps back and made Peter's power strictly contact or the new ability he got with the formula was actually more similar to his Dad's. We haven't seen him use more than one power yet so maybe he really can only have one at a time. I hope that's not what they've done but it would explain how they're comfortable with giving Peter powers again.
I highly doubt you'd be able to get control and fly with that kind of speed and the pressure change.Peter can fly
Peter can regenerate
You can let go of peter
We also don't know if he has regeneration back yet.
If he only has one power at a time that is retarded, and they said Peter and Hiro were overpowered but not Sylar?
Claire did touch him right there.
And I'm pretty sure he'd be able to have flown before he hit the ground.
Ugh it already doesn't make sense. At the end of the last volume wasn't he able to fly as soon as he injected himself - without touching his bro?
Also, why the hell didn't he just let go?!? HE CAN FLY.
Powerful villains are okay because you don't empathize with them and when they fuck up, instead of saying they should have done this, you say thank god they fucked up. Not to mention it's far more natural to have allies team up to take down a powerful foe than the other way around.
Plotwise, it just works better to have powerful foes.
I seriously thought he was going to let go and pull some Superman thing with keeping the plane from crashing.
Next episode looks so much like US Marshals and The Fugitive haha...
Yeah I understand that, haha sorry I just like Peter's character.
I am just going to be upset if he can only do one power at a time.
Because when they finally do have the showdown of Sylar vs Peter in like that very last episode of the series it better be fuckin epic and not 1 power Peter vs. 1000 Power Sylar.
Yup, it's one ability. I've thought about it.
He charged into his brother (contact) and then flew after crashing through a window.
When Nathan asked Peter what he could do he replied, "What's the last thing you saw me do?" So yeah, it seems Peter is aware he can only have one power at a time and it's the most recent one he's come into contact with. Lame.
Now that I think about he was still kind is a mourning phase when he was complaining that he should've been stronger when he was pissed about the crash victim. He was disappointed with his limited ability and now it makes more sense why
Oh and overall, I was absolutely satisfied with that episode. Very enjoyable, and I'm glad for that
Also, for once, the heroes, villains, and motivations are mostly well defined (HRG is probably just protecting his daughter). You actually have a sense of where the show is at the beginning of the season. That's a good thing, considering how they've abused mystery in the past.
I'm doubting the 1 ability clause for Peter. Maybe just a learning curve, but I don't think they're going to gimp him.
