Corner the market? Seems unlikely since the items he is mass-buying are in a decently large supply.

Server transfer for sales? Even then it feels like his profit will be marginal, if any.

Yup, looks like hes preparing for a server transfer. I checked the Cross-server Prices chart and Pandy prices for those items are on the low end compared to most other servers.
