Is anyone having the problem of WoW taking up an absurd amount of processor time and RAM lately (after 3.0)? Right now after I just started the game up it's taking 40-60% of the processor and ~800-900k RAM.

Thats pretty normal.

3.0 added shadowing (if you got it on) and view ranged went up 2X + ground "cluster" 2X and cluster range 2X about.

Should be really noticeable in bg's shat and other places with alot people/scenery to be loading.

pretty much for wotlk.. the "counter classes" for the Op are like...

ret pally
bm hunter (divine storm does near nothing to it), arcane mage, frost mage, dk, lv80 lock
basically anything that stays atleast 10y+ away or has something that can negate holy damage (holy spells can miss too!)

or try killing its pet if thats even possible before you die

I'm not gonna lie here... rogues went from the top of the food chain in tbc, to the bottom almost in wotlk...

DPS low, the "clothy 1 shot" doesn't happen anymore in wotlk. and generally almost every class dosen't have trouble killing them ;/

Hotfix for ret pallies in. Divine storm now does physical damage instead of holy. Can't copy and paste but it's on wowinsider.com

I can't wait for pallies to be nerfed. 10mins into an EoTS, 3 pallies are 200k above everyone in damage with 20+ KB each.

Warlocks are pretty sad in pvp right now, but I like the pve changes. My pet class can now actually use pets on raid bosses.

our glaive rogue did 3500 dps on brut yesterday, was 400 dps above 2nd :O though i guess it changes a lot by 80?

Disc Priest is fun. Penance is awesome. Never run outta mana, have fun toys to play with. I get to basically instant-heal with Penance (about 2000 healing) for 100mana. Fast cooldown

im just waiting for wotlk so i can play Deathknight done healing and dps before but its making wow go stale so I think ill give tanking a try on a complettly new class

You should probably learn a thing or two about tanking as war/bear/paladin now before you're gifted with a level 55 class.

Yeah so, I spent like 20-30 minutes rebuilding my UI best I could and reorganizing my action bars, then hopped off to AB to try out the new Paladin abilities.

About 30 seconds in I have a few people wailing on me, and go to hit bubble and... Yup, forgot to put it on my bars. God I felt retarded.

But, Beacon of Light is really nice in BGs right now. I can just slap it on myself and go about healing everyone around me, and pretty much keep myself topped off without ever focusing a single heal on myself.

Could you link your pally spec?

well they may be good now, but compared to people at lv80 they seem somewhat low ;/

basically this fight you get +50% crit so your dps goes pretty high

if rogue was doin good.. your dps should be high 9but total damage low since he had to run back n forth) but thats not the case ;/
he was mutilate spec i think. skyotix is the rogue.
