21-30 source all looks identical, only change is the filename of the pic.

And blaize, apparently 20-30 repeats itself in some fashion, so he's looking at a different 27 than we are.

Anyways if it follows the same pattern as others (21-29) 30 is something that we see in the picture, and "stop" has something to do with it.

Only thing I could come up with is "Bus stop" but it's not that one..

I ended up downloading a free program to try, I raised the pitch slow/sped up the speed and all I could here was Cripe, or Crikey
