In firefox 2, anytime I used the Back button there it would just show slow.html again, the intermediary page wasn't there in the browsed history. Once I stopped it before it finished loading and redirecting, I was able to hit the source and see it. So you're right, but 'last page' doesn't really work like you'd hope it would, at least in my experience

you stop it before it redirects you to slow.html and check the source. if you were too slow, you get the source for slow.html, which says "this is NOT the last page". if you stop it in time, you get the source for stop.html, which is the last page and has the address for the real 20.

So on 21 I'm assuming the answer has something to do with the U and P with their numbers. Is it asking for the letter of the user name and passwords from those levels using that number to create a new login for the 20 screen?

Aye, for example:

U4 in the 11 pic is the 4th letter in the Username.

Find them all and you get the "password" for level 22
