I've tried rearranging forwards/backwards /domg/mirror every picture & url off lvl 28 and its mirror 23... i'm obviously missing something pretty damn simple... just cant fkn get it lol...

Technically you skipped part of it; the answer to 27 is to take 'august' from the 24 puzzle, and since "poolgsu" is in the mirror, reverse it. Result is "augustusgloop".
