Demo is currently looking for 2-3 extremely skilled and well-geared players to fill the roster. I've been getting atleast 3 tells every day from people asking to join, and we're only looking for 2-3 people, so applicants should not only meet, but also transcend the minimum requirements if you want a realistic chance of joining the LS. Demo is an HNMLS that does basically everything; Kings, CoP Wyrms, Cerb, Khim, Limbus, Dynamis, Einherjar, Sky(albeit rarely), Sea, Ixion, Sandworm, and pretty much anything else you can think of. We're an extremely busy LS, so if your play time isn't high then this probably isn't the LS for you.

If an applicant is applying from a different server a background check will be conducted before the person is accepted into the linkshell. Most of the LS uses ventrilo and it's highly, highly encouraged because it helps a lot during events and some things don't get said in LS because 90% of the LS is on vent. As for lotting system, we use a /point system, where basically leaders just speak with each other and decide who lots based on a number of factors including attendance and attitude.
