    I use mushroom stew when main healing something like einherjar, I used to use it for salvage but that got pretty expensive lol. Still it's nice if you're the only healer during a run to pop it at the beginning, giving you 40 mp and 4 hmp is really great for the first few floors. I still think it's probably the best healer food there is, and it's my food of choice when I'm not feeling cheap or lazy.

    Cookies are an excellent, cheap filler for stew and wizard has the most hmp of any food out there, which is great because I just add /item "Wizard Cookie" into my HMP macro and I never forget to use them :3 I even use these while soloing occasionally because I will sometimes have to sleep or bind and recover MP, and having that much HMP is fantastic in crunch situations. I also like this for dynamis, where I need to push as much mp as I can out of short periods of rest.

    I am also a huge fan of the mushpot, but situationally, because I don't do land HNM's all that often anymore, and this is what I used it the most for. I still use it occasionally, for something that's straight tanked and slow can land on where I am not the only healer for my team (and sometimes when I am, depending on the situation).

    Usually if i'm looking for a MND boost on RDM I'll use Mushpots as mentioned, but 75% of the time I usually bust out Wizard Cookies because they're cheap and have great hMP. The foods I carry on me almost constantly are melon pie+1, wizard cookies, tavnazian tacos, coeurl subs. I'll buy a mushpot from Jeuno if there's something going on where I would need the MND, but usually I end up having one on me for a few days and i'll use it on something clutch.

    Oh, also i know I carry stupid amounts of food...i do it with meds too, just habit.

    Same, lol. I often get made fun of for carrying around three types of food, seven Warp Cudgels, and an absurd number of (generally) unnecessary meds.

    Looong time ago my friends always ripped on me b/c I carried an Icarus Wing around me at all times as RDM(don't have room for that shit anymore). We were doing BCNM50 Sheep and pretty much wiped on the last sheep, I hit 100 TP and did Serpah > Wing > Lotus > Fire II and won the BC w/ 7 seconds left. Noone gave me shit about it after that, lol. But yeah, overprepared is always best.

    I usually pop sweet rice cakes as my mage answer to mithkabobs. They're cheap, easy to get, last 30minutes, and give a wide range of small bonuses.
    Handy for laid-back play.
    * MP +17
    * Vitality +2
    * Intelligence +3
    * Mind +1
    * HP Recovered While Healing +2
    * MP Recovered While Healing +2
    * Evasion +5
    * Resist Silence
    30 minute duration.

    No one has mentioned them yet so I just thought I'd throw this out there, if you want a 30 Minute INT food you can use Cream Puffs: INT +7

    Gotta look a bit better. Mentioned those myself, up top. They're killer nice for BLM's and some SCH's, too.

    But I do think the recent wave of cooking added some nice options. Muffins are a nice compromise between +MP and stat boosts, and Cream Puffs are about as close to a Mushpot (for MND) as you get for INT boosting.

    =Humpty Dumpty Effigy:
    Expensive but neat, gives 6% HP and 6%MP, possibly hMP and hHP.. I believe this has been tested but not officially confirmed
    My friend just tested this and it appears to not have any HMP added to it. (didnt test hhp because who cares). I didn't see anyone else that had tested it besides one account on the lolwiki discussion topic. Too bad too, I wanted an edible dark staff...

    Thanks for the testing. A friend from my LS (Lhexh) just snagged one off of the AH and tested it as well and it as well. Confirmed there is no hMP on Humpty Dumpty. Now to break the news to the cook in my LS who thought there was.
