I was always under the impression that the bigger NM's like Cerb, Tiamat, etc have their windows start as soon as the servers are back up and running. Meaning you still have all their windows to wait.

Cerb is 12-24hrs, khim is 24-36hrs. Both only have a 12hr window. No idea about Hydra, never camped it.

I always remember Therin going to camp 12 hours after maintenance, which is why I assumed as much.
