I seriously use this for almost everything. Did anyone see the Top Chef episode where a chick (I think Casey from season 2) used this to make ice cream? That didn't sound all that yummy >.>

Heh, gonna try this stuff next time I make chili. Will make that shit nice and hot.
I love this stuff. Been hooked on it since I was a kid. Goes great on everything...pizza, pho, soups, hotdogs, sandwiches, everything...
Absolutely love it! Call it cock sauce, put it on pho, ramen, etc.
Tried it and almost threw up. Ever since then I really hate it. It's not even hot lol.

owns your face.
red rooster sauce! Green lid onry prz. The kind with the yellow lid tastes...odd.
I have both type
buy 2 barrel of those / month
It actually depends. Each bottle is different, it also gains heat with age as I've seen. I've got a bottle at my parents house from when I was in college...that shit is nuts.
I also introduced my unit to this stuff in Afghanistan as my parents and ex-gf would send it and it made life so much better.
Also the coconut/covered/baked peanuts things...comes in a smallish orange container...those are money.
Had some on chicken tacos I made tonight. Fucking delicious. I was sweating after the first taco. I love hot foods so much but for some reason my body just sweats it out.
motherfucker, i was just about to post that.
i will anyways.

yeah, gotta second the chili garlic kind- that's the stuff I use all the time. shit is spicy and adds a lot of flavor to anything. perfect for stir-fry for some heat.
I don't like it with Japanese food, but otherwise its good
That stuff is actually made in like California, its named after the town in vietnam? where the real stuff is made.
I'm on the same boat. Going to the store in uniform and everything and gonna try it right out of the bottle by itself. A nice swig shouldn't hurt.
How is that stuff? I've tried a lot of --american store bought ramen and other noodles-- and everything is so gross compared to the stuff in the city or the asian supermarkets, but those are 45+min away. Mmm I wonder how the sri would be on regular ramen, I always add pepper, cajun, and other spices to it as is... god now i want it more.
