Agree with Katlan, the notorious Quagmire would've been way better.

Am I the only one who'd want Adam West to star in his own Family Guy show?
Quagmire would get tiring after a season unless they decided to change him around, as there's only so many sex jokes/innuendos you can toss into a PG13 show.
I'm with Kaisha on the Adam West show idea.
Adam West elected President.
I'd watch that.
I would watch an Adam We spinoff, but I really can't see this Cleveland idea lasting more than a few episodes, he's probably my least favorite (and least interesting) character on the show.
My name's not Adam We!
I like Family Guy alot, but this show just looks stupid as fuck to me...
I'm especially curious as to why they made cleavland jr. so fat. The family didnt look enough like the Griffens even tho they added a new baby, daughter, and wife?
I bet those 2 bears that are his neighbors are gonna be gay and will be voiced by the same people who do the voices of the gay couple in American Dad.
I'm just wondering when the talking cat is gonna make it's debut.
time for the Random Seth McFarlane comedy animation show generator?
Overweight <race> man from <region rich with bad accents> and his wife, talking <pet animal>, maladjusted son with <physical defect> all live in a suburb. Hilarity ensues when <common familial misunderstanding> leads to a <kind of altercation> between <main character a> and special guest star <one of seth's personal friends>. Suddenly <5 minutes of non-sequitur animation>. And <bodily function humor>. Cue musical scene.
Is Cleveland leaving Family Guy then.. Or is the show gonna take place in an alternate world where Cleveland is in two places at once?
Que the synopsis: Many years ago, Cleveland Brown (voiced by Mike Henry) was a high school student madly in love with a beautiful girl named Donna. Much to his dismay, his love went unrequited, and Donna wound up marrying another man. Cleveland once told Donna he would always love her, and if this man ever done her wrong, he'd be there when she called. Well, this man done her wrong. Donna's husband skipped town with another woman, leaving Donna with a daughter and a baby. Now she's come to Cleveland and offered him another chance at love. Unattached after the Loretta-Quagmire debacle and true to his word, Cleveland joyously accepts and he and Cleveland JR. move to Stoolbend, VA, to join their new family.
And did I miss the Famiy Guy episode that had Cleveland Jr in it, or is Seth randomly spewing shit in attempts to make money?
cleveland jr was in a few epiisodes. except he was smaller and about 10times skinnier. he was always jumping around being all hyper and apparently had some kind of A.D.D.
edit. why can't I spell his name right?

Made me lol. This show is gonna be awful.Cleveland Jr. also is in the family but is now much fatter than he appeared on Family Guy.
It can't be as bad as a Brian spin-off.
Worst.Character.Ever.
there was a brian show?
or do you mean that gay dog character?
Cleveland, while funny as an ancillary character, is an awful character for a spinoff. As a matter of fact, most of the Family Guy characters would have awful spinoff shows. Even Quagmire. There's only so many times he could say Giggity before it's not funny anymore.
What's the last sitcom spinoff that even lasted for more than a season or two?
