Metroid Prime 3 may be short, but it's pretty fun. Takes a little getting used to and can only be played in short bursts though...all the swinging around and shit tires you out lol.

I thought Mario Galaxy is awesome, I don't see how people are meh about it. my only gripe is i figured after I beat the game, I was going to stick with it to get all 120 stars. made it to like 108 and stalled out. but it was a total blast playing it. could see myself at some point blowing up my save file, just to do it again.
RE4 is awesome, MP3 as well, Zelda:TP somehow, I got into it, but stalled out fairly early in the game. the initial fury over Brawl has swept away, but it's still fun.
I'm also looking for recomendations myself hah. of my library (games I mentioned, plus paper mario) only game I've beaten is mario, and while I'm slowly revisiting games to finish them, I feel like my wii is being neglected
To be honest I thought Wii Fit was one big "meh". Initially it was pretty cool, but after a while I'd rather just work out normally and never touch it again.
I've actually been humoring at the idea of getting WiiFit, my original plan of convincing my roommate to buy it stalled hah
MP3 is great, but start playing it on veteran mode so its more challenging.
Trauma Center: New Blood would be a decent rental.
I regret getting a Wii since I haven't touched it for 3 months but I wll go back to it only to play snes games via twilight hack <3
I'll second Zack and Wiki and add on No More Heroes
I have to wonder how pathetically weak people are to get tired playing any of the aforementioned games...maybe they're just doing it wrong.
MP3:C isn't really short. IIRC it was like 15-20h first playthrough. It was a minor disappointment to me only because it went a bit away from the open world way that is standard for Metroids.
Mario Galaxy wasn't overrated at all IMO. It fucked with your head a bit, but in a good way.
Boom Blox is apparently an AMAZING puzzle game. I'd get it if I had money
Super Paper Mario is pretty damn fun. It's a really funny RPG/Platformer hybrid with 2d/3d switching. Look up a video.
Blastworks sounds fun, but no money so I haven't played it. Tons and tons of replay value w/ custom content. It's a schmup.
btw want to know how pathetic (biased?) the coverage of wii has been? Blast works, a full release with a 82% average gamerankings score, hasn't gotten the 20 reviews necessary to get ranked.
Also stuff previously mentioned. If you want
There's also some cool WiiWare shit
Oh, I forgot about Super Paper Mario, it was pretty fun too.
I don't really get the praise for No More Heroes though. I thought the atmosphere and fighting were pretty cool, but its sandbox "earn money" sections had me bored to death.
My wii has pretty much been just a melee/brawl machine. I liked super mario galaxy, and zelda tp, but I liked the last two generations of mario/zelda games more honestly(yes including mario sunshine), and I haven't really touched them since I beat them. The only game I'm interested in that I haven't tried yet is no more heroes.
I barely use my 360 at all either, I don't really like this console generation so far.
Twilight Princess so you can put free Virtual Console games on your Wii. You can also play any SNES/Genesis games through an SD card even if they aren't on the Virtual Console. Games played from the SD card support save states, too!
how the hell did everyone forgot about this game?
No More Heroes, Zack and Wiki, Okami.
oops I didn't bother reading the last 3 posts on the first page >_> which mentions that haha
re4 <3<3<3<3
tp is super hot and wii fit gets old fairly fast D:
I also totally rate okami
